In a 2025 ranking of the poorest cities in America (populations over 100,000), Buffalo ranks as the 6th poorest city in the U.S. with a poverty rate of around 27% or 75,649 people in poverty (U.S. Census Bureau). The Bible tells us how to turn that around and offers the opportunity to become one of the wealthiest cities in America.

City government, business, and residents all understood that God owns everything and we are stewards of what we possess (Psalm 24:1)?
